hello it's the holidays now! but the exams are not really done yet. they are still looming around the corner. so i just want to say all the best to ignisians out there taking exams soon.
good luck to our j2 ignis seniors who will be fighting the last battle, the dreaded a levels which will be starting on thursday.
good luck to the j1 ignisians who will be taking mother tongue papers this coming friday as well as the oral presentation next week. it will be over really soon. hang in there:)
and good luck to others who are taking other forms of exams as well!
and to the rest, enjoy the 2 mth holidays well! spend the time together with your loved ones!

hey guys! i'm pretty sure that the publicity for Survivor: outlast;OUTPARTY! should have gotten to you all by now, the canteen booth, the video at feedback session, friends' advertising and so on.
in case the details are not yet registered in your mind as of now, it's as follow:
Survivor: outlast;OUTPARTY!
Date: 26th Oct 2006
Time: 1730 onwards
Fees: $4 for admission which includes one free drink, movie screening as well as the dance party:)
so what are you waiting for? grab your tickets from the survivor booth now!

We still need more Ignisians to sign up for OGLs!!! Please support us and at the same time have a fun time being an OGL. Next year's orientation will not be a blast without you....
And if some of you are worried about the interview, don't worry. It's not like an interview to be a councillor. We're just interested to find out about your commitment and also a way to get to know more about you. That's all.
So pick up the OGL form and join us on this fun journey together. =)

lets talk about GAMES FEST.
generally i was reall really hyper seeing everyone put on the informal house tee and getting so high and mad. thanks for the moral support and everything that you guys did. a HUGE thankyou to ignisians who played competitively and gave it all that you've got. hopefully this contributes alot of house points to our house cup for next year (:
BUT YOU KNOW WHAT? getting house points is not so much of an issue. i was most glad seeing you guys enjoyed yourself thoroughly, getting all nervous, excited, happy, sad, demoralised as ONE team. so i hope to see more active participation from every single ignisian and as what annarine said in the previous post, let's try our best to make ignis the best house!
once again, great job for everyone and thanks eileen for creating this blog! (:(:(:

just so you know... Games Fest was a huge success for all of us, especially those who participated in the competitive games. =)
Here are the results:
Soccer: 1st and 4th
Ultimate Frisbee: 1st
Netball: 3rd
Basketball (guys): 2nd (tied)
Basketball (girls): 3rd

it's great to see everyone having fun out there in the sun today, despite the haze and wearing the phoenix shirt! whether you are representing ignis or just cheering ignis on from the sideline, thanks so much! :) ignis would not have achieved the above results without you people! pictures will be up soon!
